Avid’s Angels provides rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming for cats in need, while also supporting the local community by providing free food for stray feeders. Through their work, the rescue helps vulnerable cats receive the care, protection, and second chances they deserve.

The Foundation’s grant will fund a dedicated TNR event, allowing the charity to spay and neuter approximately 25–30 cats. This essential work helps address the root causes of cat overpopulation, reducing the number of kittens born into difficult circumstances and ensuring more cats can receive the support they need.

The importance of this work has been highlighted by the recent arrival of two cats, each with seven kittens, placing further pressure on rescue resources and demonstrating the ongoing need for preventative programmes like TNR.

By supporting Avid’s Angels, the Anthony V. Martin Foundation is helping the charity continue its important work not only rescuing and rehoming cats, but also creating long-term solutions to improve animal welfare within the community.
